Alive Innovations App Data Deletion Instructions

Alive Innovations, the operator of Alive4Health, provides tools that authorized business administrators may use to manage company-owned social media accounts and related activity through Meta platforms. You may remove the Alive Innovations app from your Meta account and request deletion of information associated with the app by following the instructions below.

Option 1: Remove the App Through Facebook

To stop the app from accessing information through your Facebook authorization:

  1. Log in to the Facebook account that was used to authorize the Alive Innovations app.
  2. Open Settings & privacy and select Settings.
  3. Open Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate Alive Innovations and select Remove.
  5. Follow Facebook’s instructions to confirm removal.

Facebook may also allow you to open the Removed apps section, select Alive Innovations, and choose Send Request to request deletion. Meta may change the names or location of these controls. You can also access the Facebook Apps and Websites settings page.1

Removing the app stops future access through the authorization you revoke. Removal may not automatically delete information previously received and retained by Alive Innovations. If you want confirmation that applicable information held by Alive Innovations has been deleted, please also use the direct request process below.

Option 2: Send a Direct Data-Deletion Request

In your message, provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to locate the relevant app records. This may include:

  • your name and the name of the business you represent;
  • the email address associated with your request;
  • the name of the connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads profile, or other Meta business asset; and
  • a short statement confirming that you want information associated with the Alive Innovations app deleted.

Do not send your Facebook or Meta password, access tokens, app secrets, medical or health records, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We will never ask you to send a password or access token by email.

How We Process a Request

We will review the request and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and your authority over the relevant Meta account or business asset. Verification helps prevent an unauthorized person from deleting another user’s or business’s information.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the valid request that is held by the Alive Innovations app or its supporting systems. Depending on the app features that were authorized, this may include Meta account or business-asset identifiers, connection and permission records, stored content or drafts, analytics data, engagement information, webhook records, and related app activity.

We may retain limited information when continued retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the protection of legal rights. Any retained information will no longer be used to provide the disconnected app service except where necessary for those purposes.

We will process valid requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law. When processing is complete, we will send confirmation to the verified contact address. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason when legally permitted.

What This Request Does Not Delete

A request submitted through this page applies to information controlled by the Alive Innovations app. It does not automatically delete:

  • information independently held by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, or WhatsApp;
  • posts, messages, comments, advertising records, or other content stored by Meta unless the request separately requires and permits us to remove content from a business-owned account;
  • an individual’s Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other Meta account; or
  • information collected separately through the Alive4Health website, ecommerce store, customer-support process, or another service that is not part of the Alive Innovations Meta app.

To exercise rights concerning information controlled by Meta, use Meta’s own account and privacy controls. For information collected through the Alive4Health website, consult the applicable website privacy policy or contact us using the information below.
