Alive Innovations Meta App Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
App name: Alive Innovations
Meta App ID: 939102255814003
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Alive Innovations Meta app and its supporting services (collectively, the “Service”). Alive Innovations, the operator of Alive4Health (“Alive Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the Service for authorized business administrators who manage company-owned social media accounts and related business activity through Meta platforms.
These Terms apply specifically to the Alive Innovations Meta app. Separate terms may apply to purchases, website accounts, health-related content, and other activity conducted through alive4health.com.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Service, connecting a Meta account or business asset, or authorizing someone to use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms and the Alive Innovations Meta App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may use the Service only for Meta accounts and business assets that you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access, instructions, approvals, content, and use of the Service comply with applicable law, your organization’s policies, and the terms and policies that apply to the relevant Meta product. Use of Meta’s application programming interfaces, or APIs, is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.1 2
The Service is not offered on behalf of Meta and does not create a partnership, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship between Alive Innovations and Meta.
3. Description of the Service
Depending on the features enabled and the permissions granted, the Service may help authorized administrators:
-
connect and identify approved Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles, Messenger accounts, WhatsApp business accounts, ad accounts, catalogs, or other Meta business assets;
-
read authorized content, engagement information, messages, mentions, account information, publishing status, and analytics;
-
prepare, review, schedule, publish, or manage business-owned social media content;
-
prepare suggested replies or other artificial-intelligence-assisted content;
-
receive and process supported webhook events;
-
retrieve reports or other information from authorized business assets; and
-
maintain approval, security, and audit records associated with authorized actions.
Specific features may be unavailable, limited, or subject to additional Meta permissions, account eligibility requirements, App Review, business verification, messaging windows, publishing limits, or other platform rules.
4. Account Authorization and Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the devices, credentials, and authentication methods used to access the Service. You must not share passwords, access tokens, app secrets, recovery codes, or other confidential credentials with unauthorized persons.
You must promptly notify us at info@alive4health.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential exposure, an incorrectly connected asset, or an action performed without proper approval.
You authorize the Service to access and act upon only those Meta assets and permissions that you or an authorized administrator deliberately connect. You may revoke access through the relevant Meta settings. Revoking access may disable some or all Service functions.
5. Instructions, Approvals, and Automated Features
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, legality, target account, audience, timing, and appropriateness of instructions and content before approving an external action. This responsibility includes posts, advertisements, messages, replies, moderation actions, reports, and other material prepared with artificial-intelligence assistance.
Artificial-intelligence-generated or assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review it before use. Unless a separate written automation rule has been expressly approved, the Service may require human approval before consequential actions such as publishing content, sending messages, deleting content, changing advertising settings, or modifying business assets.
The Service may use reasonable safeguards such as approved-asset lists, permission checks, action limits, duplicate prevention, and audit records. These safeguards do not replace your responsibility to provide accurate instructions and authorize only appropriate actions.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
-
access, manage, or obtain information from an account or business asset without authorization;
-
violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or applicable Meta terms and policies;
-
publish deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
-
send spam, unlawful marketing messages, or communications that lack any consent or opt-in required by law or platform rules;
-
impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your relationship with Alive Innovations or Meta;
-
collect, upload, transmit, or use passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information unless specifically authorized, lawful, necessary, and supported by the Service;
-
use Meta Platform Data to discriminate, determine eligibility for high-impact opportunities, conduct surveillance, sell data, or create unauthorized profiles;
-
evade permissions, rate limits, security controls, review requirements, or other technical restrictions;
-
introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive automated traffic; or
-
use the Service in a way that could harm users, Alive Innovations, Meta, the Service, or another system.
We may restrict or suspend activity that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or platform rules.
7. Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content and materials that you or your organization provide to the Service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed for us to process that material and carry out your authorized instructions.
You grant Alive Innovations a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and otherwise process that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested Service. This license ends when the material is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention, security, backup, and dispute-resolution requirements.
You are responsible for obtaining permission before publishing content or taking another action on behalf of a person or organization. Meta’s Developer Policies also require consent before an app publishes content or acts on a person’s behalf.2
8. Privacy and Data Deletion
Our collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of information are described in the Alive Innovations Meta App Privacy Policy.
You may remove the app through the relevant Meta settings and may request deletion of applicable information by following the Alive Innovations App Data Deletion Instructions. A request applies to information controlled by the Alive Innovations app. It does not automatically delete information independently controlled by Meta or information collected through unrelated services.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Service depends on Meta products, APIs, accounts, permissions, and infrastructure that we do not control. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other Meta products remains subject to Meta’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy notices.
Meta or another service provider may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, permissions, accounts, APIs, or access without our control. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s availability, enforcement decisions, account restrictions, data practices, or changes to its services.
The Service may also rely on hosting, database, security, monitoring, communications, or artificial-intelligence service providers. We use such providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.
10. Health-Related Content and No Medical Advice
The Service is a social media and business-account management tool. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Artificial-intelligence-assisted drafts and other Service output must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for reviewing health-related statements before publication and ensuring that content complies with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, professional, and platform requirements. Do not use the Service to infer a person’s medical condition, create a health profile, determine eligibility, or target advertising based on prohibited health information.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional. Do not use the Service for emergency communications.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, workflows, and branding, is owned by Alive Innovations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits the activity despite this restriction.
Meta names, logos, products, and services are owned by Meta or its affiliates. These Terms do not grant permission to use Meta trademarks.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every Meta account or business asset.
We may apply reasonable usage limits and security controls. We may also delay or refuse an instruction when the target asset, authorization, content, or requested action is unclear, appears unauthorized, violates a policy, creates a security risk, or requires additional approval.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its Meta access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:
-
you violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules;
-
your use creates a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk;
-
continued access could harm another person, organization, account, or system;
-
a third-party platform restricts the app, account, permission, or relevant feature; or
-
suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Service or comply with a legal obligation.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective, including provisions concerning ownership, privacy, retained records, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and accrued obligations.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alive Innovations disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant the accuracy or suitability of generated drafts, analytics, recommendations, third-party information, or Meta API responses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate backups, approval procedures, and account-security controls.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alive Innovations and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or account access arising from or related to the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alive Innovations and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your instructions, your unauthorized or unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not require indemnification to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Alive Innovations is legally responsible and liability cannot be shifted under applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Alive Innovations agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through the contact information below. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary to protect accounts, confidential information, intellectual property, or system security.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security practices, or platform requirements. We will change the “Last updated” date when we publish a revision. When legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the Service and revoke the app’s access.
